DO IT! is the Around group company specialized in vehicle pickup and delivery for long-term rental providers. With 12 drivers and 10+ corporate clients, it handles 120 deliveries a day distributed across the country.
Complexity isn't only volume: each client has its own ways to send assignments, its own reporting requirements and different pricing rules. Handling all of this needs precision, speed and traceability β exactly what an Excel sheet can't guarantee at scale.
The challenge
Every morning, hours lost before even starting
Daily planning required manually collecting assignments from external systems, client Excel files and emails, consolidating them and dispatching them to drivers. A slow, repetitive process β and full of opportunities for things to fall through the cracks.
The result was incomplete invoices, missed reimbursements and drivers getting updates by phone or text. No real-time visibility, neither for internal coordination nor for clients.

For clients sending non-standard Excel files, a wizard with AI maps columns automatically and creates the deliveries.
Real-time driver app
Each driver sees only their own daily assignments, can update them on the go and attach photos of expenses and receipts.
Automatic mileage
Integration with Google Routes API: distance and duration estimated automatically for every delivery, used for tiered pricing.
Invoicing with no leaks
Every billable event is tracked. Customer invoice generation starts from a complete, verified list, with configurable markup.
Customer portal
Rental companies access a dedicated portal to see the status of their deliveries, submit new assignments and consult documentation.
