The core of the module is the automatic matching engine: it assigns shifts to the most suitable operators respecting qualifications, availability, legal constraints and fair workload distribution. Supervisors only step in where needed.

Qualifications with expiry and legal constraints

Certification tracking per operator. Legal qualifications can't be bypassed: the system blocks assignment if missing or expired. Automatic reminders 30 days before expiry.

Asset and downtime propagation

When a vehicle or resource becomes unavailable, the assigned shifts automatically go into conflict. Immediate notification to the manager.

Operator self-service portal

Each operator accesses their shifts via web, declares availability, can decline with a reason and report incidents on assigned vehicles.
